Leah Roehl currently plans, manages, and delivers instructor-led training for the Intelligence community. She is integral in the analysis phase when the scope, budget, resources, and schedule are determined for a project. During the design and development phases, she works closely with the Instructional Designer to ensure the training meets both the client’s requirements and VNE’s standards. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with business development opportunities.
- Prepare and submit quotes for training.
- Host a kick-off meeting at the onset of each new training task and complete the Training Data Sheet to communicate project specifics to all stakeholders.
- Liaison with the client to identify knowledge and performance deficiencies.
- Identify both internal and external Subject Matter Experts for assisting with training development and delivery.
- Identify both internal and/or external Trainers for the delivery of training.
- Track funding for scheduled training tasks.
- Coordinate the management of resources to achieve project completion.
- Develop standards of curriculum development and delivery for all training team members.
